"Handcraft Your Own" Experience: Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Experience

You acknowledge that this is a creative workshop where you will be crafting your own jewellery under guidance. As the item is handmade by you, JJCK does not guarantee a "factory-perfect" finish. The beauty of the piece lies in its handmade, unique character.

2. Safety & Liability

Tools: You will be using jewellery-making tools (e.g., pliers, snips, files). You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.

Waiver: JJCK is not liable for any minor injuries (such as small nicks or scratches) or damage to personal clothing sustained during the workshop due to the improper use of tools or failure to follow instructions.

Age Requirement: Participants must be 16 years or older. (If under 18, a legal guardian must be present).

3. Materials

We use genuine freshwater pearls and solid 925 Sterling Silver.

Because you are working with natural pearls, you accept that your chosen gem will have its own unique luster and organic surface characteristics.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your session.

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable due to the preparation of materials.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session, the booking fee is forfeited.

5. Completion of Jewellery

If, for any reason, you cannot finish your piece during the allotted time, JJCK reserves the right to finish the piece for you (for a small fee) or provide the remaining materials for you to take home.
